The food at Sanhu House in partnership with Chebona is warming, easily digestiable for postpartum care of the body. It is high in protein & healthy fats which adds the iron and fiber the body needs. There are probiotics for healthy gut through digestive enzymes to reduce iflamation and oxidative stress. The rich vitamins support collagen sunthesis to repair the tissue regeneration.
